Request new features

Range Craft grows with your ideas. If a feature would help you build ranges faster, visualize strategy clearer, or train more effectively, tell us.
This page explains how to request new features, what details help us ship sooner, and how your request moves from idea to release.
Built by players and for players, always free and focused on practical poker study.

♠️ How To Request A Feature

  • Click on the Feedback button in Roadmap, select "Feature Suggestion" and write your message!
  • Check the Timeline and Patch notes pages first. If your topic is already planned or recently shipped, add context to help us fine tune the change.

🧱 What To Include So We Can Build It

  • Problem: describe the job to be done, not just the button you want.
  • Who benefits: Builder, Visualizer, Trainer, Postflop breakdowns, all of them, new one.
  • Inputs and outputs: what you provide and what you expect to see. Include any file or chart format needs.
  • Settings: default behavior plus optional toggles or hotkeys.
  • Success metric: how you will know the feature improved your study or in game execution.
  • Attachments: optional mockups, screenshots, or a tiny sample range file.

🎯 How We Prioritize Requests

  • Impact for many players and frequency of the task.
  • Alignment with our core goals build ranges, visualize clearly, train execution.
  • Platform plan Windows now, macOS soon, mobile later. We design with future platforms in mind.

Requests with clear user stories and success metrics rise to the top quickly.

🔁 From Idea To Release

  • Triage: we tag your request by area and impact.
  • Discovery: we validate the workflow with a small prototype or mock.
  • Build: we implement the smallest useful version first.
  • Beta: sometimes we invite testers for quick feedback.
  • Ship: when ready it appears on Timeline and details go to Patch notes.

You can follow progress on Timeline and read changes in Patch notes once released.

🛡️ Scope And Constraints

  • We do not add real time advice engines or anything that violates site policies.
  • We avoid features that add complexity without clear study benefit.
  • We keep the app lightweight, and free. No ads, no spam.
